Public relations allow you to create buzz and generate interest among potential buyers, as well as relationships with media, influencers and opinion leaders can help you strategically gain visibility when a deal needs to be known, such as in the case of major sales or auctions.
In addition, communication and public relations are critical to convey clear and accurate information about the collectibles and the conditions of the auction. This helps build trust among potential buyers and ensure that they are well informed before making an offer.
Transparency and clarity of information also increase the likelihood of obtaining competitive bids and maximizing the value of collectibles. In some cases, it may prove strategic to communicate the assets to a wider audience through the organization of events to present the collections to prospective buyers.
In addition, the knowledge and habit of working and engaging with other industry professionals, entrepreneurs, collectors, or art curators can prove very useful in strategic asset management.

Fields of expertise
Collectibles are increasingly regarded as investment instruments (asset class) of growing importance. Those who own valuable assets or collections must treat them like any other investment, starting with an awareness of their value and the effectiveness/opportunity of their increase in each investor’s investment portfolio.
In today’s landscape, optimal succession management for collectibles requires a thorough understanding of international financial instruments and rules.
This is because, in an increasingly interconnected world, numerous variables can affect financial transactions, with regulations and currencies changing frequently, so understanding these dynamics is vital. This is particularly relevant to transactions related to the succession of collectibles, as such transactions can be significantly affected by the global financial market situation.
In addition, knowledge of the rules of the stock markets of various countries enables more effective succession planning decisions and the proper evaluation of the financial implications of different options. Managing the risks associated with financial transactions is another crucial aspect of succession management. As large sums of money change hands in different currencies, clients may be exposed to foreign exchange and market risks.

Immediately understanding and assessing the rarity and authenticity of these goods, as well as their historical and artistic value, as well as close connections, an extensive network of contacts, and mastery of the markets in which these products are told and traded, can facilitate the search for interested experts, buyers, or collectors and maximize profits from any disposals, while also enabling reliable analyses of the future prospects for appreciation for items such ascars, watches, art, and other collections.
Knowing the trends, mechanisms and players in these markets is critical in order to consistently position collections and maximize their value in the marketplace.
